What you will be doing: *We believe every person brings new and creative ideas that can shape their role and responsibilities You’ll be the primary point of contact for Meeting Room reservations and will be on-site to achieve the following:
- Run daily reports to set the team up for success and provide alignment on bookable meeting room reservations the following day
- Manage the ordering and execution of amenity orders for bookable meeting room reservations
- Audits in Yardi to ensure all bookable meeting rooms
- Maintains spreadsheets are up to date and efficient
- Assists with overseeing the bookable meeting platforms, including but not limited to Yardi
- Ensure the day-to-day operations and processes are running efficiently throughout the shift and following the conclusion of the meetings
- Updates playbooks as necessary
- Completes all walk throughs to the best of ones ability, communicating effectively with the team, and submitting tickets as needed
- All other duties as assigned relating to guest experience and bookable meeting rooms
- Oversee the day to day operations of the reception desk and all bookable meeting room functions with the guidance of the Guest Experience Supervisor
- Communicate with the Guest Experience Supervisor on any tech-related issues, needs, or questions for Custom Electronics
- Communicate with Custom Electronics in the event it is an immediate need for room reservation assistance
- Assists with all branded assets for Bookable Meetings rooms staying up to date such as first floor posters, and bookable meeting room signage
- Books meeting room reservations on demand and responds to emails as needed
- Participated in bi-weekly one on ones, weekly team meetings, and coverage for when a member is out on vacation or sick
- Answers the [email protected] emails, as directed by the Guest Experience Supervisor
- Supports the member experience desk and events as needed
Everyone on The Team Will:
- Make recommendations regarding best practices for the benefit of the broader company, including but not limited to community management, sales, hospitality, operations, events, and training
- Know and explain the Ledger policies and procedures
- Know and recommend local restaurants, food delivery services, catering options, team outing venues, post office, shipping center, supply store, etc
- Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other
- Consistently celebrate successes and milestones through gifts and notes
- Develop relationships with guest and proactively gather information on their needs to identify services/partnerships that could help them achieve their goals
