You will be measured on your ability to maintain operational excellence in line with weekly and monthly building health targets. You will be working onsite on the development and day-to-day operations of the Ledger.

Responsibilities vary from project management and execution to gathering data and analytics, budget tracking, tenant relationship management, vendor management, coordination, and communication to all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create an operations playbook with guidelines for building operations, policies, and procedures
  • Collect rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
  • Report the property’s financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to property owners
  • Meet potential tenants, show them the property and assess their applications
  • Arrange contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security, and other ongoing services and manage disputes with these service providers where appropriate
  • Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations
  • Ensure tenant tickets and maintenance projects are being resolved in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct quality control walkthroughs daily to address issues, identify potential future issues and identify areas for improvement 
  • Oversee the daily ordering and receipt of products from vendors
  • Prepare and build expense reports and budgets 
  • Organize the move-in and move-out schedules to minimize tenant issues
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly progress reports and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct periodic review and revision of base building documents
  • Train Associates and other Leads to conduct walkthroughs and prepare reports for those occasions when you are not able to do so
  • Identify the needs of prospective and existing tenants and recommend tailored solutions responsive to their needs
  • Support the research of prospective tenants in the tour pipeline and support follow-up and closing requirements when required
  • Connect with local organizations and attend networking events to promote the Ledger community and identify potential tenants
  • Work closely with the Member Experience Lead to ensure the experience for members and tenants is in line with standards
  • Weekend work or after-hours work as needed to support the health of the building
