HOW IS PRICING CALCULATED?

Our pricing structure is based on space cost plus membership fee. Base space cost is calculated by multiplying the term rate by the room’s capacity. The membership fee is $100 per person you assign a membership to – up to the room’s capacity. Once the capacity has been reached, add on hybrid members for an additional fee.

MEMBER CREDITS

WHAT ARE MEMBER CREDITS?

Credits are attached to your company account at the beginning of each month and are calculated by the number of memberships on your account multiplied by 32. Ledger’s way of giving you cashback to use on shared amenities in the space.

HOW DO I USE CREDITS?

Credits can be spent on booking meeting rooms. The default setting is to leverage credits before using the pay as you go method.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Credits are good for the month they are put into the account and they do not roll over. Credits are auto-added to teh company account monthly.
