What you will be doing: *we believe every person brings new and creative ideas that can shape their role and responsibilities  You’ll be the primary point of contact for the Community and act as the “face” of the Ledger! Your schedule will be based on event reservations and needs. Typically evenings and weekends. 

      • Cover the front desk during evenings, and weekends, and be an on-site point of contact during events 
      • Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
      • Ensure all visiting guests are in accordance with our guest policy
      • Support the team as necessary
      • Monitor the texting line and remain attentive to the needs of the event, such as monitoring trash, restrooms, and the loading docks 
      • Escalate any concerns, suspicious behavior or building issues swiftly and directly to responsible parties
      • Open and or close out the event, ensure the venue is ready for the host and is left as it was before
      • Notate any damage findings to supervisors
