Q: How does it work?

A. You can purchase a photography pass from us below, this pass is valid for two hours. Once your pass is purchased, bring your confirmation email in for a physical pass from our Guest Experience team on the first floor. Need further assistance? Stop by reception, and the Guest Experience Team will be happy to assist you on demand or call 479-579-9644.

Q: What do I have access to?

A. You have access to the first floor. Additional requests for Sixth Floor access can be made via email to [email protected]. Please include your desired date, timeframe, and any questions you may have. 

Q: What time do we have access to the space

A. You have access to the first floor Monday to Friday during our business hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM—additional requests for before and after-hour access can be made via email to [email protected].

Q: Can I go to the sixth floor?

A. Sixth Floor access can occur by appointment. Appointments can be made two weeks in advance. 

Q: How long can I stay?

A. You are welcome to stay during the time allotted for the photography pass that was purchased. 

Q: Can we have props?

A. For additional items to be brought in, please submit a request to [email protected] for prior approval for your session. Items that are not allowed are open-flame candles, glitter/confetti, loose flower petals, rice, etc.  

Q: Is there a place where we can have outfit changes?

A. Yes. We have multiple restrooms for easy access on the first floor for outfit changes.
