What you will be doing: *we believe every person brings new and creative ideas that can shape their role and responsibilities Yo will be the primary point of contact for the Events and act as the “face” of the Ledger! You will be onsite Monday-Friday and must be available to work some nights and weekends.
● Assist in scheduling venue tours and answering event inquiries
● Assist with event-related paperwork, scheduling, and maintaining records of event details.
● Assist with pre-event planning, coordination, and logistics, ensuring all event details are executed seamlessly.
● Assist with venue setup and breakdown, including managing event
space arrangements,
● Communicate with internal teams and external vendors for event
needs
● Cover the front desk during evenings and weekends to be an on-
site point of contact during events
● Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
● Ensure all visiting guests are following our guest policy
● Monitor the phone/texting line and remain attentive to the needs of the event, such as monitoring trash, restrooms, and the loading docks
● Escalate any concerns, suspicious behavior, or building issues swiftly and directly to responsible parties
● Maintain post-event evaluations, including collecting feedback and assisting with reports.
Everyone on The Team Will:
● Make recommendations regarding best practices for the benefit of the broader company, including but not limited to community management, sales, hospitality, operations, events, and training
● Know and explain the Ledger policies and procedures
● Contribute ideas for event improvements, guest experience enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
