Q: Where do guests park?
A: Our parking deck is located behind Ledger at 226 S Main Street. Event attendees are able to access levels 3-8 of the garage. Parking is included in your event package. 

Q: Do you require security?
A: Security is required if you are serving alcohol or if the event has over 300 attendees. Note: Ledger has the right to require security for any reason. 

Q: How do I schedule a tour?
A: To schedule a tour, email us at [email protected]. We will reach out and schedule a time to show you Ledger and all that it has to offer. 

Q: Do you hold dates?
A: To secure your event space at Ledger, a contract must be signed and the deposit must be paid. We do not hold dates. 

Q: Do you provide tables and chairs?
A: Sixth North is fully furnished (The Bar, Gallery, Terrace and Atrium). Sixth South is a blank canvas and does not include any furniture. A list of verified vendors will be provided to you to help procure any and all necessary needs including furniture, catering, bartenders, etc.

Q: Is alcohol allowed at the venue?
A: Alcohol is allowed, restrictions apply. 

Q: Do you require a licensed bartender?
A: Ledger requires all bartenders to be licensed. Note: Ledger has the right to change their stance on this at any given time for any reason.

Q: Can I bring my coordinator, DJ, florist, grandma, etc. out to visit the space so they can see where I’m hosting the event?
A: Each event renter is allotted two scheduled visits before the date of the event. You are allowed to bring anyone to these visits who is needed to help execute your event, even your grandma!

Q: Who does the cleaning?
A: Ledger’s onsite cleaning staff will do the cleaning. The renter will pay for the time and materials to clean after the event is over. The renter is responsible for removing all of their belongings– leftover food, decor, furniture, etc. The renter is also responsible for placing all trash in trash bags and into the trash barrel. All events (including cleaning) must conclude before Midnight. See your contract for additional details.

Q: How long do I have access to the event space?
A: This is dependent on the length of time you booked the space for. See your contract for details of in and out times for your event.

Q: Does Ledger provide staffing?
A: Ledger staff will be present upon arrival, during set-up, during the event, and for the load-out process. Ledger staff is not in charge of running content for programs, directing guests, bus services, or trash clean-up at any point. For any needs during the event, the renter will call or text us at (479) 579-9644. Note: It is recommended to have a designated planner to assign all duties for the day of execution. 

Q: Do you have catering minimums?
A: Ledger has an open catering policy but does require to have the caterer’s paperwork on file. Ledger does not provide any catering supplies.
