Ledger Stories: Building opens its doors to members

After much anticipation, we have opened our doors (and ramps) to members!

Ledger is a modern workplace with 230,000 sq ft of flexible offerings ranging from private offices, bookable and shared spaces to retail and art displays. The copper laden, glossy exterior was designed to reflect the natural elements of the Northwest Arkansas territory and aims to further develop the mountain biking capital of the world.

Layer by Layer

Six stories of architectural greatness stacked upon one another– each with a unique purpose to target a vast range of individuals in their work life needs.

The first floor is public accessible and open Monday through Friday 7am-5pm. In this space the community can leverage on demand bookable space, grab and go food and the newest location of Airship Coffee. A grand stadium staircase segways to amenity-rich floor two which acts as a center of gravity for the building.  An impressive list of companies are already enhancing the energy of the second floor:

360 Insights, 87 Degrees, AD Interiors, Asa Hutchinson Law Group, Atento Capital, Beacon Retirement Planning Group, INC., Berkley Technology Group, Brad Pope, BRAVO! Building Services, CertaPro Painters, CFO Network, Clif Bar, Colour Republic, Custom Electronics, FortySix Venture Capital, Forward Arkansas, Fuel Accelerator, Hannah Rothermich, Harry’s, HP, Innovation 360, KPMG, Kyleton Development, Larry Fleury, Little Sales Group, Live Sage, Lofty, Metova, MF Services, New Wave Wealth Advisors, NewRoad Capital Partners, NWA Council, People for Bikes, Pure Charity, PWC, Reason Creations, Reser’s Fine Foods, Rich Jones, Specialized, Stuart Cearley Law Group, SWETI, The Foundation for Social Impact, The 808 Ranch, The Scout Guide, True Self Recovery, Viriya Consulting, Vittoria, Whiteline Designs

Floor three will be activated in 2023 reflecting the nature of the second floor, while the fourth is entirely occupied by a sole tenant yet to be unveiled. The fifth floor will be kept in our back pocket for now to allow for expansion and growth in our product offerings.  The sixth floor is the crown jewel acting as an amenity to the building with a rooftop bar and incredible opportunities for event bookable space with views for days.

It goes without saying that the public zig-zagging bike ramps that scale the building are an attraction all on their own. Six stories of activity fused with art, architecture and anomalies will undoubtedly leave you breathless (and not just because of the elevation).

A Thriving Ecosystem

Amongst endless accolades, a thriving ecosystem of retail partners further enhance our offerings. Throughout the breezeway you will find the new home to the famed Walmart Museum, a Specialized Experience Center to meet all your biker dreams and the newest location of Mertin’s Eye + Optical (coming 2023). Did we mention coffee, glorious coffee, at Airship’s newest location in the Ledger lobby? These additions form the crossover of the perfect one-two punch of both work and play.

Building the Dream

Without a doubt it took an incredible collaboration of talent and vision to execute the dream.

Settling In

As the property transitions from the construction phase and into a communal hub for bikers and business folk alike, office keyholders have the opportunity to stake out their new space as Ledger’s workplace pioneers. Members are already granted immediate access to amenities such as bike storage, printing stations and not to mention, bottomless (Airship) coffee.

While the dust settles (quite literally), Ledger’s portfolio of local artists will continue animating the space with colorful installations and meeting rooms will hear their first collaborative “let’s get started”. As members acclimate to the experience of Ledger, a community wide open house will be in the works to officially welcome the Bentonville community.

An Open House

The Exploratorium, December 8th, is an extended handshake to downtown Bentonville to peek behind the curtain at the opportunity and ingenuity behind the curious architectural wonder. The open house will be a hands-on experience, guiding you through the building with art observations, bookable space viewings and museum-style education as an interactive, sensory journey. We at Ledger also invite you to co-mingle with the team of creatives that brought the space to life: architects, designers, developers, artists and visionaries. And yes, the much anticipated building-scaling bike ramps (world’s first) will also be open for meandering and soaking up epic views of the town.
